The Sainte Victoire aquatic centre is located in an exceptional 22 hectare sports and nature area. It has the latest technological advances in terms of water and air treatment and respect for the environment. This swimming pool also offers numerous functionalities for the practice of high level aquatic sports with, among others, changing rooms dedicated to high level sports, a weight room and a dry preparation room for artistic swimming directly accessible from the pools, a 33 metre 8-lane pool, a 50m Nordic pool, a 220m2 activity and learning pool, with a current river and massaging benches, an anti-doping room and a meeting room.

This aquatic centre is home to the Pays d’Aix Swimming Club. The latter has a great tradition of water polo and artistic swimming. The professional water polo team has been in the top 4 of the French championship for several years and has qualified for the various European Cups. As far as artistic swimming is concerned, Pays d’Aix Natation is the leading French club and manages the French hopeful pole with the French Swimming Federation.

The French teams of this discipline regularly carry out training courses of preparation there.
