Maurice David Stadium – Aix-en-Provence
INFORMATIONS
Located at the entrance of Aix En Provence, easily accessible by all motorway networks, the Maurice David Stadium is exclusively reserved for rugby. This stadium is home to the Provence Rugby club, a professional team in the ProD2 division of the National Rugby League.
It has all the functionalities to meet the requirements of professional rugby, both for training and for competition. It has multi-purpose rooms and lounges to accommodate different configurations (media, reception areas, seminars). Optimal comfort is also ensured by the nearby hotels, which regularly welcome professional teams.
The Maurice David Stadium has often been asked to be the rugby training centre for international competitions: base camp for the All Blacks during the 2007 Rugby World Cup and training camp for the French national team for the 6 Nations tournament match against Italy in 2018. It hosts PRO D2 matches and also international competitions such as the U20 matches in the 6 Nations tournament and the final of the European Rugby Cup “The Challenge Cup” in autumn 2020.
