Guy Delestrade Stadium – Gémenos
INFORMATIONS
Stadium – Outdoor
The Guy Delestrade Stadium is part of the Gémenos Sport and Culture complex (Espace Albert Giraldi).
It was built in 1997 to accommodate 3 football pitches: the main pitch, with natural grass, and the two annexes, with stabilised grass.
In 2006, a first stabilised pitch (pitch C) was modified into an artificial turf pitch.
In 2009, the second annex field (field B) was equipped with an artificial turf, and a mixed Football-Rugby layout.
A specific rugby clubhouse was also built in 2013, and the B pitch was allocated to the rugby club.
Finally, in 2012, the main pitch was also equipped with artificial turf, with the “FIFA” label.
