The location is ideal and allows direct access to the sailing area of the future Olympic Games without the need for towing. There is the possibility to benefit from 330 m2 of privatised outdoor space dedicated to the storage of equipment and the organisation of training camps. It is also possible to store 40-foot containers and privatise the equipment for one team. The storage area is less than 50m from the access to the boat launch.
