INFORMATIONS
The Val de l’Arc sports complex is a multi-sport centre of 93270 m², located in the south of Aix-en-Provence, a 15-minute walk from the town centre.
From Aix-en-Provence, you will find roads suitable for the preparation of cyclists. On the way to the Montagne Sainte-Victoire, small passes of 4-5 km allow you to work on the qualities needed for the Olympic Games.
With a favourable climate, these roads are the training grounds for many professional cyclists, including Nacer Bouhanni and Maxime Bouet.
Easy parking and access (motorway, city bus, train, plane),
Aix-en-Provence has hosted many international cycling competitions such as the Tour de France, Paris-Nice and the “Tour la Provence”.
Each year the city also hosts the Ironman 70.3 Pays d’Aix.
The Bouches-du-Rhône department has been awarded the “Land of Cycling Excellence” label by the French Cycling Federation.
