Saint Martin de Crau Sport’s Complex – Saint-Martin de Crau

The sports complex in Saint-Martin de Crau, inaugurated on Saturday 7 December 2019, meets the needs of the clubs and the requirements of the top level.

With the demographic evolution of the commune and the progression of sports clubs in terms of numbers and performance, a space dedicated to sports activities that can host competitions up to national level had become necessary in Saint Martin de Crau.

The new facility, with a total capacity of 1,160 seats, meets the municipality’s three criteria: comfort, with its 700 seats in the grandstand; competitiveness, with specifications that will comply with the rules imposed for hosting major competitions; and serenity, since the municipality can now support the development of local sports clubs without technical constraints.

The multi-sports complex with its 2831 m2 is used for training by the volleyball, handball, basketball and badminton teams. It is also the venue for meetings and championships, including for other disciplines such as gymnastics, dance, table tennis, martial arts and goalball, as part of the Paris 2024 Games Land label.
